If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use or access the Platform. Hamsarjo is owned and operated by Agile Mindware ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
2. Eligibility & Account Security
To create an account and use Hamsarjo, you must satisfy the following criteria:
- Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of marriage in your jurisdiction).
- Marital Intent: The platform is strictly for individuals genuinely seeking a marriage partner (Nikah). It is not for casual dating, friendships, or extramarital relationships.
- Verification: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. We reserve the right to request national identity verification (e.g., CNIC) or phone number verification to maintain community safety.
- Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. User Conduct & Content Guidelines
You are solely responsible for the content (photos, text, bio, messages) that you publish or display on the platform. You agree not to:
- Misrepresent your identity, age, marital status, or background.
- Post or transmit any defamatory, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, or sexually explicit material.
- Harass, stalk, intimidate, or abuse any other user.
- Use the app for commercial purposes, spamming, financial scams, or soliciting money from other users.
- Incorporate software viruses or any code designed to interrupt or destroy the functionality of the platform.
4. Community Moderation & Reporting
- Profile Review: We employ automated screening tools and manual moderation to review profile content, photos, and reports of misconduct.
- Reporting Misbehavior: Users are encouraged to utilize the in-app reporting feature to flag profiles violating these terms.
- Account Termination: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if you violate these Terms or if your behavior compromises the safety of our community.
5. Premium Subscriptions & Purchases
- Paid Features: Certain premium features, tokens, or subscription plans may be offered to enhance your matchmaking experience.
- Billing: All payments are processed through third-party app stores (Google Play Store, Apple App Store) or localized payment gateways.
- No Refunds: Unless required by local law, all premium purchases, subscriptions, and tokens are strictly non-refundable.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
- No Matchmaking Guarantee: Hamsarjo provides a platform for users to discover and communicate with potential partners. We do not guarantee a successful marriage match, compatibility, or the accuracy of information provided by other users.
- Background Checks: We do not conduct mandatory criminal background checks or verify the character of every user. You are explicitly advised to exercise caution, due diligence, and involve your family or Wali when interacting with matches and planning physical meetings.
- Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform, interactions with other users, or the unauthorized access to your account data.
